- 1995 IPO on the TSX in November Company’s name changed to Strongco Inc. shortly there after
- 2001 Volvo CE represented in all Strongco regions Becoming one of the largest North American Volvo Dealers
- 2008 Acquisition of Champion Road Machinery
- 2009 Strongco awarded Manitowoc Crane “Elite” Dealer status
- 2010 Conversion to Strongco Corporation
- 2018 North America’s #1 Sennebogen Dealer Strongco earns 60 Year Anniversary milestone as Distributor for Manitowoc Crane Group

Sudhanshu SinghChief Executive Officer of Nors Construction Equipment CanadaSudhanshu Singh is Chief Executive Officer of NORS Construction Equipment-ST Canada. He joined the company in January 2026. Sudhanshu is accomplished executive with over three decades of global experience in serving customers across the entire range of construction and mining equipment. He has spent more than two decades with Terex and over a decade with Caterpillar with global responsibility of managing multi billion-dollar global heavy equipment businesses. Sudhanshu has been working closely with customers, dealers, and OEM partners across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. He brings to NORS Canada, over two decades of experience working closely with large equipment dealers and company owned branches in Canada.
Throughout his career, Sudhanshu has been deeply customer-focused, with extensive field sales and service experience building high performing teams and supporting equipment uptime, safety, productivity, and lifecycle performance. He has led multi billion-dollar global businesses spanning manufacturing, aftermarket services, dealer development, and field operations, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and long-term customer partnerships. Sudhanshu also serves on Board of Trustee for SME Foundation in USA.
An engineer by training with degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) an MBA from University of Phoenix, Sudhanshu is certified in the Toyota Production System and is a strong advocate of Lean, continuous improvement, and safety-led operations through out the value chain. At NORS, he is focused on building a high-performance, customer-centric organization that delivers the best-in-class equipment uptime and total cost of ownership for the customers.

Peter RaynerVice President and Chief Financial OfficerPeter joined Strongco (now Nors Construction Equipment Canada) in 2014 as the Director of Finance and has been responsible for the general accounting, statutory financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivables and credit management functions. Prior to Nors, Peter held financial management roles with public and private companies in the technology, consumer products, and chemical and metal refining industries. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

François SimardChief Operations Officer and Interim Regional Vice President, Construction Equipment, QuebecFrançois Simard joined Strongco (now Nors Construction Equipment Canada) in March 2022 and has several years of management, sales and operations experience working in the Heavy Equipment industry. He holds a university degree in industrial relations from the University of Montreal and also a certificate in Health and Safety. He has experience as a Human Resources advisor and is an international volunteer for the Canadian International Development Agency.

William J. OstranderVice President, Cranes And Material HandlingBill joined Strongco (now Nors Construction Equipment Canada) in 1998 as a result of its acquisition of Contractors Machinery & Equipment Ltd., an equipment distribution company, of which he was General Manager. He became Vice President, Cranes and Material Handling in November of 2008.

Steve Di LoretoVice President, Cranes And Material HandlingSteve joined Strongco (now Nors Construction Equipment Canada) in May of 2014. Prior to joining Nors, he held positions with a major industrial engine distribution organization in the oilfield, power generation, and Class 8 trucking businesses on both a national and Western Canadian scale. Steve also worked in the oilfield services sector in the manufacturing and supply chain areas. Steve brings a diverse skill set that encompasses Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain Management to Nors Construction Equipment Canada.

Stephen GeorgeRegional Vice President Construction Equipment, AtlanticStephen George joined Strongco (now Nors Construction Equipment Canada) in 1992 as Territory Manager in Nova Scotia and has built a professional career holding previous positions as General Manager, Atlantic, and then on to Vice President, Atlantic and Vice President, Eastern Canada for the CE Division. His insights, dedication and leadership have been pivotal in contributing towards the CE business model across Atlantic Canada.

Paul GeorgeRegional Vice President Construction Equipment, OntarioPaul joined Strongco (now Nors Construction Equipment Canada) in 2012. Prior to joining Nors, Paul was in heavy construction and crane operation and as well as owning his own hydraulic company for 14 years. He held the positions of Territory Manager, Branch Manager for the Kitchener location for both Case and Construction Equipment and Sales Manager for Ontario Construction Equipment. Paul brings an extensive working experience in diverse areas within the industry and strong leadership skills to Nors.

Ken SmithVice President, Rental & Used EquipmentKen Smith joined Nors Construction Equipment Canada in June 2026 as Vice President of Rentals & Used Equipment, bringing with him extensive leadership, sales, and rental experience within the heavy equipment industry. A graduate of Conestoga College with a focus in Business and Commerce, Ken has built his career around delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational growth, and developing high-performing teams.

Jean-Sebastien RacineVice President, After-SalesJean-Sebastien Racine joined Strongco (now Nors Construction Equipment Canada) in April 2022 as Director, Customer Support. He previously worked in the forklift industry holding the position of General Manager, Aftermarket for 5 years. His unwavering commitment and contributions have made a significant impact on our after-sales market as he brings over 22 years of experience in customer support, service and logistics helping us to exceed customer expectations.
